To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service, perform repairs on your equipment and devices, assist in signing up to services and subscriptions (only with your permission, every time).
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or third party messaging applications.
To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

When diagnosing and repairing your device, we will have access to the personal information contained within. We do not access your files unless there is a technical or if requested to do so. We only access what is required to perform the repair.

When repairing a piece of equipment, we may sometimes have to image (copy) the storage media. This is to prevent data loss when performing repairs. In the case we do need to perform this action, we will securely remove the data as soon as the repair is complete. The removal is done with industry standard tools, no data is retained at all once finished.

Invoices and job tickets stored on our own system and not shared, with the exception of copies provided to you, or emailed to you which is then stored on your email hosts servers.

We outsource mobile phone repairs, by doing this we will share any unlock codes, passwords or other details in regards to the device to the third party performing the repair.

We may share Your personal information with other Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service, for payment processing, to contact You

With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions

With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

For legal purposes, for example if requested by law enforcement or if illegal material is found during the course of a repair or service.
